The staff were very friendly staff. I cannot believe the warm welcome and laughter shared about the stairs. Great room so clean tidy and great facilities. accessable location.. beautiful views. Amazing skybar. Lovely fashion items for sale.
We stayed here for 4 nights with our friends who live in Denmark. (We live in the USA) what a great hotel!! Our room was large, comfortable and the bed was amazing with big fluffy pillows. The staff was awesome. We enjoyed the sky bar on the 10th floor. We loved meeting Alessandro and Keisha (bartenders), they were awesome. The first night we had a great dinner in the restaurant! We booked on line for 9:30pm as we drove from Denmark to Amsterdam. After 14 hours on the road (stuck in a major accident) luckily we arrived 15 min early and the kitchen was closing. (Their booking hours were wrong on the website) they still honored our reservation and the food and service we both great.
We loved that the tram stop was very close to the hotel. We purchased a 48 hour pass from the kiosk at the stop and took bus 17 into downtown. It was nice to stay out of the city and enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. We walked to the park and found an great bakery and pizza place (Norma).
We highly recommend this hotel and will come back again!

Great hotel, very friendly staff. The pool was great also. Everything you could want from a hotel. Tram link just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are spacious with tea/coffee facilities. Great shower and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
My husband and I spent 4 nights over Grand Prix weekend in this lovely hotel. We arrived early and were greeted by a very helpful and happy lady who was able to give us our room straight away. She also explained everything in detail from using the pool to how best to use the trams which are a five minute walk away and are very regular to and from central station. The hotel and our room are very clean, bright and comfortable and as said on other reviews, the pillows are so comfy. We had breakfast there on 2 morning's which kept us going all day and an evening meal which was so tasty. We will def stay there again and make sure to make time to use all of the wonderful facilities there 😃
Me and my partner stayed here for 6 nights, upon arrival staff where very friendly and helpful as we didn’t know the area, the room was very big and also very clean, with a coffee maker in the room ready along with a kettle, bed was comfy with nice sized pillows, very big shower and bath. The only things letting this hotel down would be the hairdryer in the hotel room was not worth having, as there was no power behind it, also the price of food and drinks within the hotel where also very expensive so we didn’t use these services, which is unfortunate due to how far out of the city centre
Warm friendly welcome all staff very helpful rooms spacious and big comfy bed - breakfast is very good plenty on offer hot or cold nice atmosphere in restaurant
Tolles Hotel - gemütliche Zimmer. Sehr schön ist, dass Bad und Toilette getrennt sind 🙂
Frühstücksbuffett war sehr lecker, es hat an nix gefehlt. 👌
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber die nächste Straßenbahn fußläufig circa 500 m entfernt.
Vom Flughafen hat man eine gute Anbindung.
In der Sky-Bar war es etwas laut und das Personal schien überfordert - leider wurden wir 10 Minuten nicht beachtet und wir sind wieder gegangen...
In der Lobby-Bar war es viel angenehmer und der Service war top!
